  Question: I have not received an auto response email - welcome to the Free Country Graphics Club, what do I do now?

Possible Solutions:
1. Your email account may need to be configured to accept email from “@ countrygraphicsclub . com.” If your email account is not configured to receive email from the countrygraphicsclub domain, our emails sent to you may be deposited into your spam filter/ box.
  
2. Check your spam or junk email folder in your email account to ensure that the response has not been put into this folder. Subject line on Free Country Graphics Club email: "Important FREE CLUB Membership Information".

  Question: How do I set up my filters to receive email from Country Graphics Club?
 
Possible Solutions:
1. Contact your email provider to determine how to accept email from the domain “@countrygraphicsclub.com”. 
   
 
  Question: Why can't I sign in using my password and user name?

Possible Solutions:
1. Check the auto response email welcoming you to the Free Country Graphics Club. Make sure you are using your assigned password and user name. Our system will change your user name or password if it is not correctly formatted when you submitted your membership request.

2. Close all open windows on your computer. Click on the link in the welcome email and you will be directed to the Free Graphics Club sign in page.

Then click the link next to the blinking red star. "FREE GRAPHICS CLUB MEMBER CLICK HERE TO ENTER"

A small popup sign in box will appear. Enter your username and password, exactly!

Also, make sure your computer is NOT SET IN CAPS. You want to make sure you are typing the correct information into the sign in popup window.
   
  
  Question: When does my free membership expire?
 
1. One year from date of sign up.
   
 
  Question: How do I take my name off of your mailing list?
 
1. Use the form below to Unsubscribe from the newsletter. 
2. This will only unsubscribe you from the newsletter, not your membership in the free country graphics club.
 

 
  Question: How do I cancel my free club membership?
 
1. We do not cancel memberships. Your club membership will automatically expire in one year from date of sign up. 
 
   
  Question: Do you sell or give out any of my membership information?

1. Your information will not be sold or given out to anyone. Your email will be used by PCC ONLY to send you updates of new additions to the free club.
