Giving Proper Credit on all Web Pages:
A liability Link to the COUNTRY GRAPHICS CLUB web page is required on each page that represents a PCC country graphic, web set, or template. You can use a text link or a graphic link. You will find more information regarding reciprocal link in the club membership pages.

Giving Proper Credit on ALL OTHER Avenues:
Our Design Artwork/Graphics on items you make and sell for fundraisers and or personal profit, require that our copyright/credit statement be printed or placed on each item.
Large items: "Artwork Copyright © 2002 PCC Design-All rights reserved.”
Small items: ©PCC
Reminder ~ Limited use of one year. More on limited use at bottom of page.

   
A Few More Reasonable Rules 

• REGARDING CHANGES AND ALTERATIONS:
  You MUST receive consent from PCC to modify any of our club GRAPHICS in any way.
   
  You may add wording to PCC Club banners, buttons, bookmarks, business cards, etc.
   
  Our website templates, auction templates, and other templates are set up as a guiding principle and you may change the graphics and backgrounds to suite your needs.
   
  PCC Templates are copyrighted and the link at the bottom of each template must remain intact.
   
  You can create compositions with our graphics. You must understand that PCC still owns the copyright, and the composition must carry the PCC copyright.
   
  A copy of all compositions and any graphic alterations made to any of PCC designed graphics must be emailed to us for approval. We have the right to use the compositions in any way we see fit. You only have use of the composition for the time of your club membership.
    
  We want our members to be creative and have fun with our graphics, we look forward to seeing what you will be doing with PCC Country Club graphics, web sets, templates, and products.
   

• PASSWORD SAFETY:
  You agree to keep your password in a safe place. If the request to have your password emailed to you becomes practice, you may loose your membership.
   
  In the event that you give your password to others.. you are liable to court costs and compensative damages.
    

• FAMILY FRIENDLY ONLY:
  Family friendly sites and products only! That means no adult material whatsoever. Including but not limited to profanity, nudity, racism or hatred! 
   
  If found misusing our graphics you will be liable to court costs and compensative damages.
   

• BANDWIDTH STEALING:
  Required rule to all members with no exceptions: You may not use our bandwidth in any way, or you will be liable to court costs and compensative damages.
  

• UPDATE ACCOUNT:
  It is required that you have an updated E-mail account on file with PCC and if your user terms change, you agree to send us any information regarding where and how you are using our graphics.
  

• DOWNLOADING:
  You may not offer PCC graphics for download from your own website or offer for resale outside of using them on your personal or company products.
   
  

• LIMITED USE AGREEMENT:
  When your leasing term is up, you agree to remove all PCC Club Graphics from your possession and to cease using PCC Country Graphics Club products.
   
  If found using our graphics in any way after your lease date expires: You will be liable to court costs and compensative damages.
   
  We suggest that you pay for a lifetime membership, if you want lifetime use of our club products. A lifetime membership guarantees the use of our clubs products even in the event of the club disbanding. 
  

• ATTENTION PRINTING COMPANIES:
  PCC Club Graphics are intended for small home based business and personal use.
   
  If you plan to mass produce our graphics on your printable products then a lifetime membership must be acquired and perhaps a determined royalty fee, based on your large company's needs.
     

• ATTENTION WEBSITE DESIGNERS:
  PCC Club Graphics are intended for small home based business and personal use.
   
  If you plan to use our graphics to design websites for profit, then a lifetime membership must be acquired and a $5.00 registration fee is required for each site you design using PCC club products.
   

• YOU AGREE:
  You agree to abide by all rules or be subject to loss of your leasing rights and perhaps any and all compensative damage charges and court costs.
  

We retain the right to update the terms to protect PCC Country Graphics Club products.
 
Do not use PCC Club products until you have become a member of the PCC CLUB!
 
Anyone found using PCC COUNTRY GRAPHICS CLUB products WITHOUT CONSENT will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law!  

TYPE OF USERS

Private Users
For Use By An Individual Family Unit
You will be able to download and use any of PCC Design graphics and web sets from our web on to your computer. You may use them for anything personal and for your Family’s personal web pages, personal related desktop publishing projects, and you may place them onto something your family makes and sells for their personal profit… as long as you follow the terms of use. Family members outside of your family unit are required to register.

Web Designers
Individual web designers may use graphics and web sets for creating web pages for each designer’s personal profit…as long as you follow the terms of use.
Each individual custom website designed using PCC club graphics and or template requires a one time $5.00 registration fee ~ so that your client will have lifetime use rights.
Your client must agree to PCC Terms: PCC Graphics and PCC Templates are the sole property of PCC. They are not for resale. 
A text copyright statement link must be present at the bottom of each page that represents a PCC Club graphic or template used in the design of each website.

Pre-designed Website Templates are conveniently set up and ready for your personal and company website content!  
Website Templates range from one to five pages. The home page, how to order page, two product pages, and an exchange links page, all with coordinating graphics, banner, and backgrounds.    
   
Pre-designed Printable Templates are conveniently set up and ready for printing and or your wording! Bookmarks, Bag Headers, Business Cards, Banners, Recipe Cards, Candy Wrappers, Stationary, and more. For those who wish to be more creative, we have Blank Templates. You can add our graphics and create a unique personal look.


Pre-designed Web Sets are conveniently set up and ready for the web designer in all of us! Web Sets include a variety of coordinating backgrounds, banner, line graphics, buttons, and additional graphics that are ready for the web site developer in you. You can mix and match our web sets. No more surfing the net for that special look, just smooth sailing in one convenient location to create the site of your dreams.

COUNTRY GRAPHICS DESIGNED FOR MEMBERS ONLY! Graphic changes are permitted as long as you follow the terms above. All changes must be submitted to PCC for approval. All Changes remain the property of PCC Web Design and Graphics.
